Music and Dance
At WillowBee we explore with musical instruments to helps students beyond just becoming the next musical prodigy. We also have an external program offered once a week named Kindy Beats. Music helps students understand the fundamentals of counting and helps form the foundations of mathematics, expands listening skills and helps with increased levels of concentration. These components can help expand the child’s love of music through engaging equipment that cultivates an inquisitive nature.

Ready Steady Go

Our program was designed by a paediatric physiotherapist and occupational therapist. It aims to enhance children’s gross and fine motor skills, encourage their continued participation in sports and prepare them for the early school years.
Incorporating ‘soft-skills’
Our program incorporates basic counting and colour concepts, encourages team work and sportsmanship, builds social skills and develops listening skills and concentration. All of which improves your child’s preparation for school
Multi-sports program
We teach 10 different sports which helps children develop a broad range of skills, builds a platform of sporting knowledge and the variety ensures continued interest in the program.
All classes are held indoors
Rain, hail or shine – our classes are never cancelled in bad weather. With an indoor environment you can be certain that every class will always go ahead as scheduled.
Small class sizes
Class capacities range from 10-14 children and have a maximum of 1:7 instructor to student ratio. This means more attention for your child and better learning outcomes.
The ‘feel good factor’
Children develop greater self-confidence, enhanced self-esteem and a real sense of achievement, all of which shape their physiological wellbeing.
Languages
With a wide range of quality literature to choose from, your child will have the opportunity to learn and explore through stories. It is designed to nurture your child into a highly successful reader, writer and storyteller by making reading fun and enjoyable.
More than just learning about a language, our pre-schoolers partake in primary and secondary language courses that teach them about the various cultures of which they are learning about. This helps student not only expand their understanding of language, but also how to better understand the various cultures in our various communities, helping them to become more globally minded citizens. Working in language and writing programs, we help children get ready for their later schooling lives.
